Orders received by noon are generally processed same day/shipped same day or within 1-2 business days. Special delivery dates will be honored if specified in advance.

Is your Web Site secure?

Is there sales tax?
Georgia sales tax applies when the customer and the recipient both reside in Georgia. The tax is calculated on the cost of the item plus delivery charges.
How do you ship orders?
We provide local courier delivery in the Greater-Atlanta area. If you live outside of Atlanta, we will ship your basket via UPS, FedEx, US Postal Service or the most expedient method of delivery. Generally, boxes are shipped ground in order to provide the lowest cost to our customers. However, expedited shipments may be processed at an additional cost.
Do you ship internationally?

How do I know the basket will not be damaged in shipping?
Each basket that requires shipping will be carefully packed so that it will arrive in perfect condition. If your basket does not arrive in perfect condition or you are not 100% satisfied, we will replace your basket at no additional cost to you.
Are there any additional costs?
During the summer months, special handling for shipping chocolates will be required at an additional cost to ensure that your package arrives in perfect condition. You will know what this cost is before you make your purchase.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders are processed fairly quickly, but if you decide to cancel or if you want to change your order for any reason, please do so within two hours of submitting your order and we’ll accommodate your request.
Can I specify a delivery date if I purchased a basket for a birthday, anniversary or other special occasion?
Yes. Just let us know when you want the item to be delivered and we’ll make every effort to honor your request.
Will a basket that I receive look exactly like the one on the Web site?
We make every effort to ensure that what you see on our Web site is what you get. However, if a product you request is unavailable at the time of delivery, it will be substituted with a similar product of equal or greater value to ensure your gift basket is everything you want it to be.
What if I am unhappy with the basket once it arrives?
We are so confident in our product that we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your basket, we will replace it free of charge.
Do you have a physical store?
No. We do all of our shipping out of our design/distribution center located at 3781 Presidential Parkway, Suite 140, Atlanta, GA 30340. However, if you wish to visit our design center, we would be glad to meet with you by appointment.

Ordering information collected about you or the recipient of your gift is used to process orders or to contact you regarding the status of your order.
For the purpose of order fulfillment, this information is viewed by employees of Blankenship Gourmet Baskets who adhere to the strictest standards of confidentiality.
